Refund policy

At The Sweet Table Shop LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle these situations.

1. Damaged Items

1.1 If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please contact us at create@TheSweetTableShop.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Description of the damage

1.2 We will review the information provided and respond with instructions on how to proceed. You may be required to return the damaged item to us.

1.3 If the item is confirmed to be damaged, we will offer you the following options:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A full refund to the original payment method

2. Return Conditions

2.1 We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items that are not damaged. All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped.

3. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at create@TheSweetTableShop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3.2 Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item to us.

3.3 You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4.2 You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
